Because they are delivered in rolls, they are easily oxidized by water during transportation and storage. Therefore, the packaging and storage requirements of 3003 aluminum coils are relatively strict.

The following describes the anti-oxidation measures of the 3003 aluminum coil:

(1) Strengthen the management of air drying to ensure that there is no water in the compressed air.

(2) Strengthen the management of rolling oil, and control its water content below 0.04%.

(3) The packaging of aluminum foil rolls should be sealed, and an appropriate amount of desiccant should be placed in each roll.

(4) The humidity of the wooden shaft and box board of the packing box is not more than 18%, and the temperature of the packaging aluminum coil is not more than 45 ℃.

(5) When transporting from the low temperature area to the area with high temperature and high humidity, do not open the sealed package immediately.

(6) Aluminum coils should not be placed in places where there is rain or snow on the roof of workshops and warehouses.

The 3 series aluminum plate has good formability, weldability and corrosion resistance, and is mainly used for work with slightly higher strength requirements than the 1 series, such as pressure tanks, storage tanks, thermal insulation materials, mechanical parts, automobile and aircraft fuel tanks, etc. It is commonly used in humid environments such as air conditioners, refrigerators, and car bottoms. The price is higher than the 1 series. It is a more commonly used alloy series.
