Aluminum Heat Transfer Plates Description
Aluminum heat transfer plate are installed between the floor joists to provide heat transfer across the bottom of the subfloor. The round channels formed into the aluminum snugly surround the tubing and this heat transfer from the tubing with warm water through the aluminum plates greatly increases the amount of heat that is delivered and evenly distributed throughout the floor.

Heat is dispensed evenly from the floor, but does not rise because we are heating the objects in a given space, not the air. Dear ladies and gentlemen,
for one small project i would require about 950 meters of heat transfer plates with the following parameters:
* Groove: single grove, omega shape (for PEX pipe with 16..17 mm outer diameter)
* Thickness: 0.4..0.5 mm (0.5 is better)
* Width: 125 mm ..127 mm (a few mm difference doesn't matter)
* Length: 1219 mm
It is not absolutely clear for me which groove size is necessary to snap in the pex tube with 16..17 mm outer diameter: 1/2" or 5/8"? The real outer diameter of pex tube in my case is 17 mm -> 0,669"
Could You accept this small order and ship it to germany.?
What are the costs to be expected (material + shipment)?
How long would it take (expected production and delivery duration)?

my company sells heatpumps and material for surface heating.
I am already selling aluminium heat transfer spreader plates. Mainly in the dimmension of 125mmx1000mm x0.45mm,
We use mainly 16mm (=5/8) pipes, but 17mm pipes do also fit in our product.
We sell about 30000 plates per year and would like to grow.
I am interested to have a second supplier for this product.

How is it possible to pack the spreader plates? Currently they come packed at 64 pieces in carton.
Do you have marks on the plate where it can be cut? My current product can even be torn by hand at predetermined breaking points.

I would need spreader plates 1000x127mm for 16mm pipe diameter/ 350m of pipe / 70 square meters - don't know how many plates would be required, maybe you can advise how many are used for 1 square meter, for ~15cm between pipes.
