Henan Huasheng Aluminium Co., GmbH.(Hereinafter referred to as "Huasheng") is hereby appointed as overseas market sales company of NANYANG SHENGFA NEW MATERIALS CO., GMBH. AND NANYANG TIANYI METAL PRODUCTS CO., GMBH.
During the authorization period, Huasheng shall have the following rights and obligations:
Huasheng shall have exclusive rights to sell, distribute, and provide after-sales services for aluminum coil, aluminum sheet products within the authorized territory;
Huasheng shall be responsible for product promotion, und Automobil-Aluminiumlegierungsplatten, and customer service.
The authorization is valid from 2023/07/30 zu 2033/07/30.
