The difference between cold rolling aluminum plate and hot rolling aluminum plate

In the aluminum sheet industry, there are many classifications of aluminum sheets, which can be divided into cold rolling aluminum plate and hot rolling aluminum plate according to the different production processes. The difference between cold-rolled aluminum sheet and hot-rolled aluminum sheet is as follows.

aluminum plate hot rolling

1, the production process is different: cold-rolled is a casting machine processing into casting roll (8mm thickness) after cold rolling machine processing, and hot-rolled is an aluminum ingot (400-500mm thickness) heating, in high temperature by the hot rolling mill rolling;

2, the raw material supply is different: the difference between the two in the billet supply is not the same, hot-rolled billet is cast aluminum ingot - heating - rolled into a volume for cold rolling, cold-rolled billet is cast rolled volume - cold rolling rolling;

3, different performance: hot-rolled aluminum surface quality, while mechanical properties and ductility, oxidation effect is good, while processing aluminum discs are generally processed from the aluminum plate, naturally also affected by the performance of the aluminum plate;

4, the use of different: cold-rolled aluminum plate is mostly used in the mold class, aluminum plate hot rolling suitable for stamping and drawing aspects.
